How accurate is the AI evaluation?
Our AI is calibrated against 500+ hand-graded topper answers. For structural evaluation (intro/body/conclusion presence), accuracy is very high. For content evaluation (depth, factual correctness, multi-dimensionality), accuracy is good but imperfect — the AI can miss subtle nuances a human evaluator would catch. Treat AI score as directional, not absolute.
Can I practice without the word-limit timer?
Yes. "Practice mode" removes the timer so you can focus on structure before adding the speed constraint. We recommend: spend 1 month in practice mode building structural discipline, then shift to timed mode for exam-pace writing.
Does the tool help with Essay paper?
Yes. Essay-specific prompts appear weekly (Saturdays). Essays are 1000-1200 words with a longer 80-minute budget. The AI evaluation for essays focuses on logical flow, paragraph structure, and breadth of perspectives — different criteria from GS papers.
How many answers should I write per day?
1-2 quality answers per day. Writing more than that typically means you are rushing and not reviewing feedback. Quality > quantity — one well-structured 200-word answer you refine is worth 10 poorly-structured answers.
Are the questions from previous UPSC papers?
